Key features

Water-based (easy to apply, low odor).

Excellent adhesion to cementitious/mineral surfaces (concrete, plaster, masonry, etc.).

Creates a waterproofing film that prevents moisture penetration.

Easy to apply by brush, roller or spray (depending on conditions).

Can be used as a primer (with slight dilution with water, where permitted).

Suitable for horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Clean tools with water before the material dries.

Indicative applications/uses

Foundations, walls, basements, points of contact with the ground.

Concrete and cement mortars as a protective coating against moisture.

Surface protection in construction details (e.g. aprons, parapets, pipe penetration points), depending on the system.

Application instructions (general)

The surface must be clean, dry, free of dust, oil, loose particles.

Stir the material well.

Apply 1–2 (or more) layers crosswise, after the previous one has dried.

Avoid application at very low temperatures, rain or frost.

Important notes

On surfaces that are exposed to the sun (UV), final protection/final painting or coating is usually required, because bituminous materials generally “age” if left unprotected.
