Payment Methods
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. The products will be shipped to the address you have chosen during the order process. Orders are usually shipped in Greece with one of the cooperating courier companies SPEEDEX, BOX NOW, except in cases where large packages are to be shipped, when the shipment is made with a cooperating transport company.
PAYMENT METHODS
4.1 Cash on Delivery Method
Payment upon receipt of the order. When the courier company employee comes to your place to deliver your products, you pay the value of your order in cash. The cost of the cash on delivery service is two and a half euros (2.50€).
4.2 Payment by credit card
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification from Lets Encrypt, Inc.) which guarantee a secure transaction environment in most of the 500 largest companies in the world. The completion of your card details (card number, expiration date, CCV) is done in the secure environment of ALPHA BANK with support for 3D Secure technology. www.rellosgreen.gr does not receive your card details in any way. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Personal Data Protection Policy and the Cookies Policy of www.rellosgreen.gr.
4.3 Payment via PayPal
Payment with PayPal is made under the strict transaction terms imposed by PayPal.
4.4 Payment by bank deposit
The possibility of payment to a bank account of www.rellosgreen.gr is provided at no additional cost. After placing your order, you must make the deposit within 3 business days, otherwise the order will be canceled and the products will be released.

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN GREECE
Shipping costs are as follows:
Shipments within Greece are subject to shipping costs that are determined each time by the volumetric weight of each shipment. The courier company we work with is SPEEDEX, BOX NOW. In the event that the area you have declared to have your products shipped to you is not served by the network of the shipping company you have chosen, we are responsible for shipping your order in an alternative way, without additional charge on top of the above shipping costs for you for delivery within Greece.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are shipped within 3 - 5 working days (Monday to Friday). During periods of offers and discounts, it may take 6 days for goods to be transported through our network.
When your order is delivered to the courier company, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. With this number you can track the progress of your shipment through the courier company's email address http://www.speedex.gr/, http://www.boxnow.gr/
We inform you that in case of any shortage you will be informed within 6 days about any order cancellation on the phone or email you have provided, and the order will be automatically canceled.
In case you are absent from the delivery address, the courier company will leave you a notice stating your package number and the phone number you should call to arrange for pickup.
RETURN - EXCHANGE TERMS
1. Returns are made on products that are in excellent condition and in their original packaging.
2. Returns are made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer from the courier company.
3. The return-exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the Retail Sales Receipt or the exchange card and after you have informed www.rellosgreen.gr by phone or email.
4. Exchanges are made through our on-line store or at any RELLOS GREEN store of the same name, with the Retail Sales Receipt or the exchange card.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGING A NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
1. Send the product at the recipient's expense to RELLOS SA, with the company SPEEDEX, necessarily together with a copy of the Retail Sales Receipt, indicating in a note the reason for the exchange/return of the product.
2. Indicate on the return package: To RELLOS SA, 47 Patron Pyrgou Street, Kato Achaia, Postal Code: 25200.
3. When we receive the product of the shipment, the process of sending the new order will begin.
REFUND PROCEDURE FOR A NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
1. Send the product at your own expense, by courier company, necessarily together with a copy of the Retail Receipt, indicating the reason for the exchange/return of the product.
2. In the return package, please indicate: To RELLOS SA, 47 Patron Pyrgou Street, Kato Achaia, Postal Code: 25200.
3. In the package, include your full details (name, contact phone number, account number, IBAN, bank) and a copy of the Retail Receipt.
4. Once we receive the product and check its condition, the copy of the receipt and your full details, the refund process begins.
5. The deposit is made within 15 working days of receipt of the product (product value excluding shipping costs).
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
All packages are checked by the company's staff before being shipped. However, if you find a problem, you should send an email to the email within 24 hours of delivery, expressing your reservations.
In the event that the product is defective and the wear is normal, the product is sent to RELLOS SA with the courier company SPEEDEX at the recipient's expense, according to the Returns-Exchanges procedure. The product is replaced and returned to the customer at the expense of the company RELLOS SA.
In order for a product to be accepted as defective, the wear must not be due to misuse of the product. In the event that it is determined that the wear is due to misuse by the customer, then the same product is returned to the customer with shipping costs borne by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return the products you purchased or request their replacement within 15 business days from the date of receipt, either because you encountered a problem in the ordering process or identified a problem with a product, or because you changed your mind.
