ICMA 3/4" Thermostatic Overheating Prevention Valve
The ICMA 3/4" thermostatic safety valve is a reliable solution for protecting heating systems against overheating, particularly in installations featuring solid-fuel, wood, pellet, or biomass boilers.
The valve activates automatically when the water temperature reaches approximately 95°C, allowing the discharge of overheated water while simultaneously introducing cold water into the system.
Thanks to its integrated thermostatic mechanism, it helps prevent a dangerous rise in temperature and protects both the boiler and the installation.
Once the temperature returns to normal levels, the valve closes automatically, stopping both the discharge of hot water and the supply of cold water.
